Buildings, network infrastructures and outdoor open spaces’ environmental assessment.

Sivea-LCA is divided in three parts: one method, one database and one software. It allows a macro perspective-centered environmental impact calculation of structures, including their early construction, their lifelong management and their end of life demolition. Its prototype was conceived in conjunction with ten different companies and is currently available for testing. It already comprises a database of up to 300 materials and construction machinery and allows the environmental assessment of network infrastructure schemes (water supply, remediation, drainage, tightness, landscaping …). The strength of the software lies in its broad database (developed by Cycleco) but also in its compatibility with existing software currently available on the market, making it possible to conduct a virtually « one-click » assessment.
